Choir Possessions
The Nexus Hospital
- Owned by the Lost Psalm
- Managed by Director Seralath.
Outwardly the Nexus Hospital is supposed to appear as neutral grounds where the Hospital accepts all people of all races that are in need of medical treatment. Since the take over by Canticle Seralath as Director, this has remained the case. Though it should be noted that past Canticles once put wards to restrict Nephilim and dead from entering, and this is a fact still ingrained in Convergence History.
There is still allot of wariness and lack of trust surrounding the Nexus thanks to past owners, resulting in many people of the city avoiding the Nexus for their medical needs. The Nexus has been working hard to better relations and the result of that has been an increase in employees and patients.
While it seems to be a widely spread rumor that the Elohim own and are based in the Nexus, the Nexus and the Choir still do what they can to deny this fact and put off rumors. We do this by claiming the upper management is mostly human run but is a melting of employees.
To debunk the belief that the Nexus is run by the Elohim and prejudice, a statue of Apollo was added in the lobby. This false God represents medicine and healing to man. While Ael disproves of false gods, Ael would certainly appreciate the need to counter rumors to attract more masses which we can oversee and plant seeds of his faith. The statue was also placed there as a gift to the Sylvani for casting a protection ward to a portion of the Nexus that was under threat by the Nephilim.
The Nexus Hospital is considered to be a fairly large hospital. It is much bigger than space or prims allows for, so it should be assumed that there are many more floors, halls and rooms than what a person can visually see and role play in. Likewise, the hospital comes with all the typical equipment and services that can be found in a large hospital of a fairly big city. This includes such things as an MRI machine, labs for testing pathogens, labs for blood work which can cover all manner of things, test for disease, virus, pregnancy, deficiencies etc. Fore more information on the Nexus please read HERE.
Choir members are free to work here without needing to interview for the job. The more Elohim that are working in secret means the better we can protect it, and the more chances we can find possible Faithful or Blessed targets. However you should speak to Canticle/Director about what Nexus job you'd like for the appropriate titles and badge.
The Saint Thomas Aquinas Church
- Owned by the Lost Psalm
- Managed by Father Greame Debbel
This is a quaint Church which can be found just outside the Choir Manor and not all that far from the Nexus Hospital either. Its an old school church just one room large. Its assumed that IC services are held here regularly for NPC's of the city. The Choir is welcome to come and go, though please do not show up in your true form unless the city laws are dropped.
Virtue Boutique
- Owned by the Lost Psalm
- Managed by Director Seralath.
A high-end Jewelry store within Convergence City. This business is fully owned and managed by the Choir, with no ADA involvement. All profits can go into whatever they want.
The Hand of Lailah
The Magnificat, Father Greame Debbel, came into the possession of a very powerful relic, which was sent to him by the Archangel Zaphkiel. This relic is said to be one of the most powerful relics that the Song has in their possession and it was sent to Greame to be used in the choirs favor here in Convergence.
History says that hand belonged to a woman called Lailah, an Elohim. She was charged with a very important duty to uphold the wards around the Vatican as the Nephilim horde approached the holy city. As some of you may or may not know, the siege on the Vatican lasted forty days. That's because for those forty days and nights Lailah spent her pneuma upholding the ward at all hours of the day and night. She did not sleep a single minute within forty days and nights, so great was her dedication to Ael and her strength.
Sadly, eventually she could uphold the strain no longer and the wards failed, and so forth did charge the Nephilim forces. She charged forth to meet the horde despite being physically and mentally drained. Those who fought beside her who survived the day say she fought with the strength of ten Elohim despite her exhaustion! That her faith was so bright that she literally glowed in the night on the battlefield! Countless Nephilim fell to her blade, but in the end she was overcome. The demons defiled her body, decapitated her and flayed the body, displaying it infront of the Vatican to mark their victory. But one true member of the faithful managed to climb up and recover her hand, to establish it as one of the most significant and powerful relics of Ael. Even today if you leave the hand in the open, with a blade in that hand, when you awake the next morning you will see that the fingers have moved to gripe the blade. A sure sign of Ael's power.
This hand remains in Father Greames possession and is being held in a safe box. His plans for this relic revolves around a new faith he will unveil in the future which he calls Aelsim. News of this relic should not be revealed to anyone non-Choir, Greame will decide if and when this relic is revealed to the public. For now if you wish to gaze upon the hand of this mighty warrior, you may ask Greame. (I recommend contacting Greame Debbel to see when he can meet up with you!)

Fires of Grace
October 10 of 2024, Canticle Seralath of the Lost Psalm Choir receives a vision from Ael. He is given orders to relight The Fires of Grace. This prompts a months long journey of research and dangerous travel to unravel the mysteries behind it.
The Fires of Grace was a legendary object with little reference to be found. But what the Choir uncovered said it was supposed to be the lantern lit by Ael's hand at the beginning of a world, when all of that world was still in darkness. These lights were said to be kept shining, but many have gone out since Ael disappeared. The Earth's Fires of Grace would be a tangible connection to Ael, and supposedly, the person who manages to re-light it will be filled with Ael's Holy Grace and capable of feats of Holy Magic not known or available to most.
With the aid of the Choir, it is discovered that the Fires of Grace is hidden away in Old Rome within the Chapel of St Lucia. During this time Old Rome had fallen to the Nephilim who now claim it as their territory. The choir takes their mission to old Rome anyway, with the help of a temporary Portal placed within the city by the Fae Prince as a gift to the its people. The allowance of world wide travel enabled a fast track trip to the Chapel.
Within the Chapel of St Lucia, a stone tomb held a brass brazier, empty and unlit. The group to infiltrate the Chapel contended with a disembodies force who identified as Mother Garadine, first guardian of the chapel. Whatever she was, she had been awaiting the Canticles arrival and was aware of his vision. Mother Garadine put the group to a test, throwing them into a sense of utter despair and telling them to turn back. The Canticle was invited into the tomb and put to further test. He was drained of his pneuma and loosing all his magic, but retrieved the brazier that would later hold the Fires of Grace.
Upon return the Canticle had to conduct himself in nine days of novena in order to restore his sight of Ael and regain his magic. It was reported that he rid himself of all possessions and valuables, wearing only a black robe and carrying around a rosary. He walked barefoot through the snow and was said to have committed brutal flagellation to himself while in prayer.
Once the Canticle had been restored to his normal self, the Choir then found a recipe for a sacred oil that was needed to light the Fires of Grace. The ingredients called for one pint of spider venom. The blood of a Nephilim Hydri. Belladonna. The bones of a murderer ground to powder. Arsenic and the right eye of someone who believes in a false god.
On January 26 2025 the choir was visited by a powerful Elohim ritualist called Kevin who would aid in gathering the final ingredient, the venom of a spider. A large amount of venom was needed so a spider said to be the size of a buss arrived by summoning followed by many if its young. Able members of the Choir took it down in the last battle for the Fires of Grace.
That same day the Canticle completed his orders by pouring the oil into the Brazier and lighting it with a single candle taken from an alter inside the Elohim headquarters prayer room. The flames ignited, causing a surge of power that all the faithful of Ael would have felt. Those faithful reported to feel their magic/abilities twice as powerful for the next three days from that moment.
The Elohim in that prayer room described a sudden jolt of magic, an almost electricity that rips through them. It was painful, and yet somehow also beautiful, like looking at a painting so vivid and moving and jarring, one would experience emotions that rip open parts of ones being that have wanted to feel forever. For the Elohim, it was like something was breathing into them, filling them once more with the great intent of their Maker. The certainty of their purpose and reason for existence, the very essence of God pulsed through them as if they are once again connected to Him.
This fire, it is not just a symbol of something that happened long ago, but it is a catalyst, a tether to a lost god. Hope and Faith was re-sparked all over the world due to the lighting.
Additionally the blast sent intense burst in the direction of the Canticle, hitting him with the first brunt of the energy and sending him to his knees. He had been filled with Ael's Holy Grace and gifted with feats of Holy Magic not known or available to most.
The Fires of Grace is but one of many that likely need to be found and re-lit to strengthen this connection to Ael. For now the first remains in the Lost Psalm possession. The fire itself isn't terrifying to look at, nor does hurt anyone. It's bright, but not hot. In fact, someone can put their hand through it without burning, but they will feel themselves humbled as if they are being looked at by the Lord. It is not exactly sitting in the presence of God, but it's something, definite, palpable proof that Ael still exists and still has the ability to connect to his children. Perhaps this is a lifeline, by which The Elohim could pull themselves up out of Earth and return to their place of origin. Perhaps it is merely a wellspring of His pneuma, offered to them to keep them fighting the good fight.

Pneuma Enhancing Recipe
Our ally Feorie has completed the pneuma potion. The potion can extend pneuma efficiency by 10% which means that a normal "feeding" of pneuma lasts 10% longer than normal. A celestial can take them for up to three days without side effects, but should wait a week before taking another set of three. The side effects are constipation, hair loss and diarrhea. Additionally more pills will not increase the efficiency. The side effects only happen if the potion is taken for longer than three days without waiting a week. We have the recipe and can produce more as needed. Seek The Canticle out if you want some. The recipe has been sent to Zaphkiel so that the Song can further work on its development and try and enhance the time.

Elohim HQ Prayer Room/Pneuma Storage
Thanks to our sister Ioath's (aka Adina) diligent work and study, she was able to cast a ritual over our Manors prayer room, which has turned it into a pneuma storage zone. While standing in this room, the choirs prayers will help to store reserves of pneuma, which can be leeched from in times of need. Any choir member that has use for pneuma can stand in the room to replenish small amounts within themselves, enough to remain sustained in times of need, but not enough to fully replenish. This project was completed off of the pneuma famine which occurred in June 2024 as insurance of survival should it occur again.
