The Book of Mortals
The Book of Mortals is displayed openly within Elohim headqaurters, resting upon a wooden pedestal. Bound with old, intricate and heavily Christianized patterns the pages are made of thick paper, the writing on the pages done in fine calligraphy. It is important to note everything in this book is written in Enochian. The Book of Mortals is used to record the status of the relations the Elohim Choirs hold with the various groups concerning their jurisdiction, which despite the name has come to include some non mortal groups as well over time. This book is specific to Convergence, and is so much emptier than those owned by other Choirs.
Business within Convergence:
Business within Convergence:
The Saint Thomas Aquinas Church
Owned by the Lost Psalm
Managed by Father Graeme Debbel.
The Church within Convergence has been united with the Elohim . The public face for the Church is that of Father Graeme Debbel, Head of the Church within Convergence City and Magnificat of the Choir. The Church is a safe haven for our kind, and acts as a secondary base for the forces of God. It is also the home of the Convergence City Census, which is now under our control. Furthermore, the Church oversees a growing faithful community in Convergence which we may use to serve Ael's will throughout the island.
The Nexus Hospital
Owned by the Lost Psalm
Managed by Director Seralath.
Outwardly the Nexus Hospital is supposed to appear as neutral grounds where the Hospital accepts all people of all races that are in need of medical treatment. Since the take over by Canticle Seralath as Director, this has remained the case. Though it should be noted that past Canticles once put wards to restrict Nephilim and dead from entering, and this is a fact still ingrained in Convergence History.
There is still allot of wariness and lack of trust surrounding the Nexus thanks to past owners, resulting in many people of the city avoiding the Nexus for their medical needs. The Nexus has been working hard to better relations and the result of that has been an increase in employees and patients.
While it seems to be a widely spread rumor that the Elohim own and are based in the Nexus, the Nexus and the Choir still do what they can to deny this fact and put off rumors. We do this by claiming the upper management is mostly human run but is a melting of employees.
To debunk the belief that the Nexus is run by the Elohim and prejudice, a statue of Apollo was added in the lobby. This false God represents medicine and healing to man. While Ael disproves of false gods, Ael would certainly appreciate the need to counter rumors to attract more masses which we can oversee and plant seeds of his faith. The statue was also placed there as a gift to the Sylvani for casting a protection ward to a portion of the Nexus that was under threat by the Nephilim.
The Nexus Hospital is considered to be a fairly large hospital. It is much bigger than space or prims allows for, so it should be assumed that there are many more floors, halls and rooms than what a person can visually see and role play in. Likewise, the hospital comes with all the typical equipment and services that can be found in a large hospital of a fairly big city. This includes such things as an MRI machine, labs for testing pathogens, labs for blood work which can cover all manner of things, test for disease, virus, pregnancy, deficiencies etc. Fore more information on the Nexus please read HERE.
Choir members are free to work here without needing to interview for the job. The more Elohim that are working in secret means the better we can protect it, and the more chances we can find possible Faithful or Blessed targets. However you should speak to Canticle/Director about what Nexus job you'd like for the appropriate titles and badge.
Virtue Boutique
Owned by the Lost Psalm
Managed by Seralath.
A high-end Jewelry store within Convergence City. This business is fully owned and managed by the Choir, with no ADA involvement. All profits can go into whatever we want. We can use this avenue of business to further connect with locals, catch up on gossip and see where we can inspire virtue for pneume and seek out any potential faithul. Like the Nexus we do not discuss the Elohim to customers, we simply act as if it is another human run business.

Relationships within Convergence
The Fae/Ebon Hollow
Status - Poor Though not Hostile
The relations between the Elohim and Fae are Poor (Though not Hostile) on the surface. Presently there are no relations and no negotiations. Neither side has yet to come together to go over past relations between factions. The Elohim did reach out to the Fae Duchess Iris for her expertise on wards, in hopes that past good standing would be favorable to obtaining a ward made to protect the innocent lives inside the Nexus Hospital. However it was made quite clear that the Duchess did not take kindly to the beliefs of the Elohim and thus refused to ward the Nexus, therein extending a penalization to the innocent patients that use the Nexus on a daily basis over petty matters of ego. The Elohim feel as though they have witnessed the true selfish and narcissistic character of the Fae people, and for it think quite lowly of them. Despite this the Elohim have no plans to bring Justice upon them. We do not provoke them, we simply look the other way for now. They are no immediate threat.
In regard to the Avalon Fae, the Elohim will stand and fight along side Convergence Fae to protect Convergence city. This is not out of respect or favoritism, we join them and other friends and allies to protect our home and the innocent regardless.
The Underkin/The Cabal
Status - Neutral
The current relationship between the Cabal and the Elohim is neutral. In the pas the Elohim established an alliance which took months of work and trust building to achieve. The Cabal had abandoned an alliance with the Nephilim in favor of the Elohim, having recognized the destructive and deceitful ways of Lucifer and his damned followers. Sadly that alliance was short lived, as a political movement in the Cabal saw that the Raja Nassir be sent off to tend to a racial war. The replacement power in the Cabal eliminated the alliance contract with the Elohim immediately, giving a poor excuses to explain the reason. It is clear to us they had another agenda. The Elohim and Underkin have simply parted ways and the Elohim will likely not attempt an alliance with the Cabal again.
The Night Market
Status - Friendly Neutral
The current relation between the Night Market and Elohim is neutral and friendly. In the past an alliance was forged after a few meets, and months of back and forth communications. A contract was signed, but that alliance fell apart just weeks after when the Night Market pulled out, claiming they had acted to hastily and decided to turn back to their roots. Its been claimed they severed all their alliances to take a truly neutral stance in the city once more. It should be noted that the Merchant Prince has proved himself a friend to the faith in the past, and has been baptized by the Father Graeme Debbel personally. The Prince has also added a small chapel within the Night Market itself. Presently there is a good camaraderie between the Night Market Prince and bosses and the Elohim. The Night Market has provided the Nexus Hospital aid and support in the past, and the Elohim aid the Night Markets people in the slums by many outreach programs via the Church and Nexus Hospital. It is believed there is a mutual respect.
The Mages/The Liber Libelum
Status - Friendly
Diplomatic negotiations are yet to take place with the Mage Coven within Convergence. At this time relations are considered friendly. The Liber Libelum and Elohim have worked together a few times. The Mages have often shown support of the Nexus Hospital. In turn the Elohim have aided the Mages in hunts and have aided in pinning down two Liber Libelum traitors. A number of mages from the faction have provided assistance to the Elohim, such as a devise made for pneuma storage project, a medical tool in development for the Nexus and a sentient ambulance. Additionally the Elohim have used restricted areas of the Liber Library for research purposes. The second in command of the Liber Libelum Scarlet O'hara is also the Canticles mate and blessed. Chances for an alliance between the Elohim and Mages seems high if a diplomatic push is ever attempted.
The Sylvani/The Eleutheria Herd
Status - Neutral
The Elohim and Sylvani are on friendly but neutral terms. There have been some up's and down's. While on Sylvani of the herd has aided the Choir in making wards for the Nexus, in the past they have been found to be overly nosy and very preachy about faith, bordering on levels of harassment. They have worked hard to try and petition for various pagan gods be represented inside the Nexus and local park.
The Vampires/The Blue Lotus
Status - Poor/Volatile
True diplomatic negotiations are yet to be entered with the forces of the undead in Convergence. By and large, the undead are considered enemies of Ael, and so the Elohim are to deal with them with caution at this time. The state of affairs between the Elohim and Vampires is on shaky ground. The current Prince Matthos seems to be dismissive of the Elohim, breaking promises or else providing empty words of intention. The Lotus have also held meetings extending to multiple city factions and intentionally excluding the Elohim. They are perpetuating or perhaps completely fabricating untrue rumors about the Lost Psalm Choir, and recently during a past Blood Moon event, attempted to claim the Choir's own Venite while under duress in the name of one of their false gods. These are considered actions aggression and the Elohim are watching them closely. The Vampires seem to assign individuals to certain factions for diplomatic purposes. Our contact in the Lotus is Eleni Denimore (theelenidenimore).
The Nephilim/Polaris Labs
Status - Volatile/ Open War at Truce within Convergence due to Consortium Laws
As always, relations with the forces of the Great Traitor Lucifer are highly sour. At this time however, the forces of Ael and the forces of the Great Traitor are not currently in open conflict. Past relations have been as expected, volatile. Through the year of 2024 under the leadership Trace the Nephilim pitted great harassment on the Nexus and the innocent staff members inside. There was a months long conflict which resulted in the death of two Nephilim. Lorn and Castien. The Nephilim have managed to pit Ada against the choir and gaining Ada's aid in evicting the Elohim's base of operation off Nexus grounds. The Nephilim continue to influence humans into sin and have persuaded a handful of potential faithful into their infernal embrace. Despite the trouble, we have thus far found them to be weak and disorganized, their numbers appear to have steadily dropped. We have heard rumors of inner instability and internal back stabbing. However we will always assume the worst and never let our guard down.
The Shifters/The Vesh Varekai
Status - Friendly /Alliance Favorable.
The non-aggression pact that was negotiated between the Choir and the Vesh Varekai has been voided for the time being. This decision comes after learning the Varekai are presently going through turbulence within their own order. The Dika has been claimed by their elder, and her husband Gavin has disbanded the camp and has taken up residence elsewhere. We do not yet have the fine details. All we know is that the Dika was said to need 'guidance' and was removed from command, handing rank over to an alpha known as Mei. Since it seems that this non-aggression pact was ever told to the Varekai, and with internal drama, we will not impose, instead we back off and let them come to us if and when they are ever willing again.
((A Non-aggression pact has been negotiated between the Choir and the Vesh Varekai, as well as a information trade agreement. Any Choir member found to violate this agreement will find themselves in serious trouble. Furthermore the Varekai have allowed us access to their camp when needed, just as the Choir will allow their members onto the manor grounds when required. It is hoped a new era of friendship between our peoples shall follow. The only exception of forced engagement would be to aid in subduing a shifter in its war form if its harming innocent people. Even then we should attempt to resolve the threat without causing harm as much as possible. A contract down the road seems highly possible, though for now we allow time to grow our friendship. Their Alpha, Dika, has submitted to baptism by Father Graeme Debbel personally and is a steadfast point of contact. Dika's mate Gavin aided the Choir in obtaining the brazier to hold the Fires of Grace in a highly dangerous trip to Rome in Nephilim infested territory.))
The Yokai
Status - Neutral
Relations with the Yokai are neutral. There have been no attempts as of yet for diplomatic relations with them in any official capacity. However at a harvest festival held around late November 2024 the Elohim were shown tangible disdain and mistrust by the Yokai prompting the Elohim to depart. We have yet to know why they have this particular hatred. The Elohim otherwise have no issues to note of them.
The Union
Status - Neutral
Relations with the Union are currently considered good and neutral. There have not been any real diplomatic talks between the Union and Elohim, though via the Nexus we have established a good rapport and work well together in disaster scenario’s. There is room for a friendship to grow and bloom down the line with more active pursuit.
Ars Moriendi / Things Dead and Undead
Status - Neutral
Diplomacy with the Wraiths is considered good neutral. It is however worth noting that the Pale Empire whilst created by gods, is not ruled over by one. It is possible Ael may seek to one engage in the conquest of this realm. The Canticle believes to have a good relationship with The Artisan who leads the Ars Moriendi. Artisan has personally aided the Canticle a few times, and it is the firm belief of the Canticle that The Artisan played a pivotal role in Convergence winning the war against the Dark Siege and is given the utmost respect. The Ars Moriendi try and keep a neutral relationship and this its not as likely alliances can be made.
The Adepts of Ada
Status - Neutral
Relations with the Adepts of Ada is currently considered an unknown. Heavy redaction of information in Elohim records under previous leadership has led to a lack of details on this group. The Adepts seem to assign individuals to certain factions for diplomatic purposes. Our contact in the Adepts is Feorie (feorie.frimon).
Ada
Status - Neutral
In the past Ada has kept an eye on the Nexus Hospital and even appeared in a meeting with the Elohim, threatening once to taking the Nexus from us, and further accusing the Canticle of being a thread to Convergence itself. We later discovered this has to do with Nephilim influences and steps were taken to level the corrupted data. However we remain wary and vigilant of this enemy without a true face. This is not a entity we wish to engage or anger.
Relationships outside of Convergence
Humans First:
How the Elohim engage with Humans First is yet to be decided.
Tomorrow Sky:
The forces of Tomorrow Sky are to be slain at any opportunity. It is due to them devastating numbers of Ael's most treasured creations were driven to madness and killed. It is our duty to Ael to deliver his revenge for his fallen mortal creations.
The Avalonian Fea:
In regard to the Avalon Fae, the Elohim will stand and fight along side Convergence Fae to protect Convergence city. This is not out of respect or favoritism, we join them and other friends and allies to protect our home and the innocent regardless.
